Today I have translated some accounting documents for one of my colleagues. Although economics is not my major, I can improve my business vocabulary by translation like this. In the lunch time, I watched a clip on TED.com about the new idea for our ligament knee which was introduced by a surgery doctor from USA. He mixed animal's tissue with a detergent, then dissolve with patient's tissue in order to replace for our meniscus.
In the evening, I met Tom again with a speaking lesson. Each student voice was recorded and his/her mistakes in speaking were detected by the others. Then, Tom fixed those errors and encourage us to re-pronounce mistake words. Most of us have a common error with the last consonant. We do not have a habit of pronouncing the last one like: d in "spend", t in "about"....We should improve this mistake if we want to get a high score in Speaking test. Tom also taught us the third kind of IELTS essay
