How to keep your body in shape?

It is an interesting question for me at this moment. I have spent a lot of time and money on drinking since the day I arrived at my work place in the south of my country. It is really my problem for my body weight. I need to move my body as much as possible. I bought a bicycle to go around the city center when I have time. I take the staircase instead of the elevator at my work place. I play football twice or three times a week. I always feel powerful after each football game. When I was in Italy, I went to the university by bike for a 5 km ride.
