Our holiday

During the last holiday, I tool my family to Phu Tho province which is my wife’s hometown. We had three days off and it was time to relax and visit my wife’s family. We went there by a taxi which cost us approximately one million Vietnam dong and took us two and a half hours. Normally, it takes us two hours but the road was busy and crowded on the Friday afternoon. As a result of it, we came my parents’ house a little later. My baby was ok and he still smiled and played as usual. We are really one of the happiest couples in the word because my son is cute and has grown well. He never cries throughout every night like other children, which makes us feel convenience after a working-day. Perhaps he loves his parents very much. At least, I firmly believe that.

My parents was happy to see his grandson after a long time. Due to the long distance and their work, they do not have chance to visit him regularly despite missing him very much. At the first time, he felt unfamiliar with them, so he just stared at them and objects around. Then he started to play and they just wanted to hold him in their arms.

In my parents’ house, one of things I like the most is the vegetable. There are many variety of plant, for example: lettuce, onion…, which have been planted by them. These kind of vegetable are very safe and not contaminated with hazardous chemicals which are normally present with the same kind on the market. Maybe you do not deeply understand the effect on our health of these toxic substance but I recommend not to buy them for daily eating. When coming back to Hanoi, we always pack a full bag of vegetable of all kind. I and my wife feel safer and better to use them instead of purchasing from the supermarket or somewhere else.
