I do agree with the opinion that pollution and environmental damage that are created from a developed and richer nation cannot be avoided. I believe this because the industrialized process in these countries has generated negative effects for the ecology and human being life.
Firstly, there are many industrial parks, factories which were opened to use natural resource such as: crude oil, sand, wood, etc in a developed nation. These facilities not only has depleted the precious resource but also has directly contaminated them. For example, everyday a sea-food processing company makes lots of tons of products (for import purpose or for the local consumer) that are come from the ocean. However, this manufacturing procedure generates much toxic waste which is not process properly and is sometimes exhausted to the river or lake in the city. This leads to the polluted water source and the life of creatures that live in those places.
Furthermore, people in a developed and wealthy nation will have more advantages, especially finance ability, to enjoy a grateful life. They can buy luxury cars and modern motorbikes which make roads in the city busier and narrower. Also, these kinds of transport consume much more fuel and emit harmful gases such as: NO2, CO2 into the surroundings. These substances, which are the causes of a lot of serious diseases related to lung, have a great influence on human's health. Additionally, air environment is also contaminated that results an ecological imbalance.
In conclusion, the development of a nation will benefit its economics, but the destroying of living environment for people and animal as well as plants is inevitable vision. Besides, this country is being suffered from a serious ecological imbalance which causes visible risk to human life.
